Do you offer therapy?

While we don't offer therapy services directly, we're here to support you by providing referrals to trusted therapists who can help you on your journey to wellness. Contact us today and let us connect you with the resources you need.

Which Insurances do you accept?

We accept EMI, PEHP, Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. We also offer self-pay rates. Please contact us first for most up-to-date information about insurance.

Do you offer virtual/remote appointments?

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for all patients. Please select "Telehealth" when booking an appointment.

Who do you accept as patients?

We now accept patients ages 6 and above. Patients under the age of 6 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, contact us before scheduling. Our office is located in Salt Lake county but we can serve the entire state of Utah, as we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments.

What is the cost of an appointment?

If you don't have insurance and choose to self-pay, the initial visit costs $250 and follow-ups cost $150 per appointment.

Do you offer appointments on weekends?

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments on Saturday and Sunday. We understand that people have busy schedules and weekends might be the only time available for them to see us. All visits require an appointment.
